Terms

Denim Scan provides automated, read-only analysis of public verified smart-contract code for block-timing assumptions related to Base's Denim upgrade. It is not a security audit, certification, or guarantee. Reports may contain errors or omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service. You remain responsible for decisions about your contracts.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Findings describe behavior changes at the Denim activation and are not statements about exploitability.

Fees, scope and delivery dates are confirmed in writing before any payment. Line-level findings are shared privately with the contract's team and are not published.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. Denim Scan is operated by Gibtwice, an independent developer based in New York, USA.
